CLEAR Alliance is a nonprofit organization that partners with other nonprofits, public agencies and community leaders to prevent youth substance abuse and impaired driving. Its annual state conference features an array of experts from Oregon and beyond. This year, Dr. Christian Thurstone will present on adolescent addiction psychiatry in Colorado, and journalist Christine Tatum will speak about ways to advocate for public debates about drug policy that are rooted in facts and reputable science.
